The show's motto is unmistakable: RICHLY IS GOODLY!
Please consider how you define the term good as we journey through life together in your pursuit of defining the term richly in your life.
Last week, the episode went a bit long by design to lay a sufficient foundation for the topics I have presented thus far.
I presented two terms last week, worldview and ethics, but I intentionally did not define them for you then. I will address them next week.
Today, we will go deeper into three of the items presented last week: Wisdom, Wealth, and the First Principle of living life more richly.
Finally, you will learn why I do not offer recommendations by way of The Richly or Poorly Show.
All definitions presented here on the show are resident in the public domain as public knowledge, so there is nothing proprietary contained within these definitions.
I urge you to review the definitions presented in the previous episode as you consider the two terms I present to you now.
The term wealth is a plural term. It is a noun. A noun states an attribute of a person, place, thing, or idea. Wealth is a great quantity or store of money, valuable possessions, property, or other riches.
The term wisdom is a singular term. It is a noun. Wisdom is knowledge of what is true or right, coupled with just judgment to act as wisdom defines. Wisdom requires the definition of morality to exist. More on the topic of morality in the show episode coming next week.
I shared last week that my heart goes out to the members of my target audience: Financial Investors, Skilled Workers, Service Workers, and Homemakers.
I shared a bit from my perspective last week on how I see things through my worldview.
Let's run my heartfelt assertions through wealth and wisdom to see how things stack up.
Expand on Wealth:
My worldview has service in the middle.
My email address has the term service in it since the day I started full-time consulting.
Doing this show with you so you can listen to it for free. It is part of my service to you.
Offering you the option to move from living poorly to living more richly by sponsoring the show is one of the ways that you will gain wealth.
I have already said no to many organizations that wanted to sponsor the show, as their worldview did not match my worldview with enough of an overlap to justify accepting their offer.
Here is a part of my worldview to gain wealth:
It is a quote that I have followed for years...
“If you live for yourself, then you will be miserable. If you give your life away, then you will be happy.”
Do you give any part of your life away? How do you give your life away?
Expand on Wisdom:
My worldview holds Wisdom as the first thing ever created. It is not my ethics to separate from my worldview, but to amplify my worldview through my ethics so others can receive what I have to offer them and benefit from it.
If Wisdom is not formed by The Truth, then it is nothing more than a set of facts. Wisdom is absolute because The Truth is absolute.
Wisdom is not a fact or a set of facts.
Wisdom tells me I will gain many forms of wealth by helping those with real monetary and societal problems.
I urge you to ponder these terms over the coming days. We will consider them during each episode of our time together.
I left you last week with the declaration of the first principle I have found as paramount, undeniable, and non-negotiable to living life more richly. I will explain the principle today.
Principle 1:
Understand Your Data Lifecycle
Your data is all the structured and unstructured pieces of multiple inputs that are formed into information. Pieces, in any form imaginable. Then, perhaps that information is formed into knowledge. Segmenting facts from The Truth is a perception activity using reasoned thinking. More on the topic of reasoning four weeks from today.
Think of Understanding Your Data Lifecycle as research. The research is never-ending. The data either comes to you or you go and get it. You then structure the data into data types such as words, numbers, dates, and so on.
Data can also be color, shape, feeling, or process.
Then, you group the data as you see best. You are then ready to analyse whatever it is you have available to you at that moment in time and see if you can get some knowledge out of the data.
It is at this point you separate fact from The Truth. Sometimes, it is easier said than done. Other times, it is as plain as day. We will continue to discuss Understanding Your Data Lifecycle over the coming episodes.
For now, remember that prejudice and bias must be removed from your efforts to process the data you have assembled. More on prejudice and bias three weeks from today.
I do not share recommendations with anyone without first gaining many inputs for me to consider and form a recommendation. It is inappropriate for me to share a recommendation with you through The Richly or Poorly Show because it would be irresponsible of me to act in an unreasonable manner.
It is unreasonable to form a recommendation without having all the necessary inputs to process and form a recommendation. It is part of my worldview not to recommend until I have enough understanding of the respective data lifecycle for the person seeking my recommendation.
The listener attributes of the intended show audience hold feelings within them of being either poor, brokenhearted, imprisoned, blind, or oppressed.
I profess this statement with all my heart:
I honor you for taking tangible, specific action to stop being either poor, brokenhearted, imprisoned, blind, or oppressed by spending your time and effort to listen to The Richly or Poorly Show. Your actions are worthy of praise.
I profess this statement because the pursuit of living life more richly means you have the ability to accomplish specific measurements of specific actions producing specific results in your life. You are able to measure in ways never thought possible before you decided to live your life more richly. You will know your progress in your journey to live your life more richly as a result of listening to The Richly or Poorly Show!
I encourage you to understand that it is possible to be free of these conditions and live your life more richly than you have ever known!
Add the show conclusion section here.
Well, that's it for today.
RICHLY IS GOODLY!
Are you understanding more about the terms richly and goodly in your life and how you want to apply them in your life?
Please consider all you have heard from me today.
I hope you are excited about how you can apply the material I present to you on the show to your life, so you can live your life more richly than you have ever known!
Try to settle in your mind my role in your life. Doing so will help you be ready to continue your journey with loads of joy and excitement about the good results in your life gained from experiencing all I have to share with you.
Thank you for joining me for this episode of The Richly or Poorly Show!
I have enjoyed presenting to you today.
Until the next episode, I hope you will be safe and join me next week.
