The show's motto is unmistakable: RICHLY IS GOODLY!

Please consider how you define the term good as we journey through life together in your pursuit of defining the term richly in your life.

The plan for my presentations to you was to first establish a foundation of shared understanding between you, the listener, and me. Then, proceed to build on that foundation with subsequent episodes. I recommend that you review the nine episodes between December 2nd, 2025 through January 27th, 2026 as you see fit to help you remember the foundation of our shared understanding as we proceed through each episode you hear in the coming weeks, months, and years.

Last week, I presented on how you will face the topic of morality as you consider the small modular reactor that I have presented during the past four episodes by sharing with you some of my personal experiences with the topic of morality in my work of the past four decades.

Today, I will stitch together many pieces to get to a bottom line understanding for you. Please realize you may need to rewind this episode a few times here and there to gain a solid understanding of a point I present. Please do not feel bad, rewind the episode as you see fit with joy in your heart!

I presented the terms worldview, ethics, morality, and virtue in the December 23rd, 2025, episode. I will present today on virtue to answer the question I left with you when I concluded the episode last week.

The intended outcome of my sharing with you today is to help you use the first principle I have found as paramount, undeniable, and non-negotiable to living life more richly, combined with the first aspect of the Truth, to help you not be harmed as you live your life.

I presented on December 9th, 2025, the first principle I have found as paramount, undeniable, and non-negotiable to living life more richly:
Understand Your Data Lifecycle

I presented on January 20th, 2026, the first aspect of The Truth:
Arrogance Precedes Anger
AND
Anger Precedes Violence

Now, for my intended show audience, the topic of virtue.

I restate the term virtue as I presented in the December 23rd, 2025 episode. The term virtue is a singular term. It is a noun. A noun states an attribute of a person, place, thing, or idea. Virtue is the set of items at the top of a person’s morality list.

The topic of virtue is based first on the topic of worldview, then built on the topic of ethics, and then on the topic of morality.

I asked the question last week of what you want from your employees in terms of their morality, should you find yourself as either the boss of your company, the boss of your country, or the boss of the world. I then said I would answer that question for how I see that answer after listeners had the opportunity to chew on that question over the coming week. Here is my answer.

I restate the term wisdom as I presented in the December 23rd, 2025 episode. The term wisdom is a noun. It is a singular term. Wisdom is knowledge of what is true or right, coupled with just judgment to act as wisdom defines. Wisdom requires the definition of morality to exist.

My worldview holds the belief that the instructions received from wisdom are better than either silver, gold, or rubies.

Wisdom dwells together with prudence.

Wisdom possesses knowledge and discretion.

Wisdom will always give those who seek wisdom the most appropriate words to say at any time they need to speak. Need to speak, not necessarily want to speak. Want is about choice, whereas need is about mandate.

I said last week that the problem I identified was caused by the employer and the employees not sharing the same definition of the term morality. I said last week that the cause of this problem is the poor leadership of the companies. Now, let's look at this statement from the topic of virtue.

We know that virtue is the set of items at the top of a person’s morality list.

So, how am I going to get people to work for me who hold the same virtue?

The answer is...I am not. What I can do is get the closest match possible.

The match is based on what I shared last week: Outcome and process.

The simplest way to succeed in sharing the same virtue as others is to look at their desired outcome and the process they follow to accomplish their desired outcome. I agree, it may take some time to understand the second part, but the first part should be easy enough to understand...provided they are telling you the Truth.

So, we have another condition addressing the first principle I have found as paramount, undeniable, and non-negotiable to living life more richly:
Understand Your Data Lifecycle

If they are lying to you, then you have invalid data.

If they are lying to you, then do you really want them to be a part of your life?

Now, I still have not finished answering the question from last week. If wisdom is so wonderful, then where does one go to get wisdom?

The declaration of wisdom is one of the biggest scams in all history. All religions have their definition of wisdom. All intellects have their definition of wisdom. All cultures, races, and ethnicities have their own definition of wisdom. You will run yourself into the ground trying to learn about wisdom from a group that does not want you to be a part of their group. Any rejection in the form of elitism is clear evidence that wisdom does not reside with that crowd, so move on.

Wisdom has no boundaries among humanity. How do I know this is the case? I restate the term Truth as I presented in the December 23rd, 2025 episode. The term Truth is a singular term. It is a proper noun. A proper noun is a noun that is used to denote a particular person, place, thing, or idea. It is timeless in duration, never changing as it is absolute.

So, there we have it: Wisdom is the Truth!

Another way to look at it is...The Truth is wisdom!

Arrogance is not a part of wisdom. Wisdom is always teaching the Truth. Arrogance is not the Truth, as arrogance is a false sense of self-worth.

The effort to understand a shared worldview is not enough to go from interacting to relating to interrelating successfully. The understanding of ethics and morality must also occur to know that there is the likelihood that interacting, relating, and interrelating will not bring you harm. This knowledge only comes from understanding the virtue shared between any two people.

I am looking for people to be a part of my life, both personally and professionally, who pursue wisdom in all they think, say, and do. The result of this pursuit is always experiencing the Truth. How can it be guaranteed that the pursuit of wisdom always experiences the Truth? Simple, the only other option is pursuing folly. The term folly is a noun. Folly is the state or quality of being foolish, lacking understanding, or sense. Folly is the opposite of wisdom.

You see, a person lying to you is a person practicing folly. So, they are not pursuing wisdom. Do you see the pattern here with Understand Your Data Lifecycle?

I can interview someone for a position in my role as boss of the company, country, or world, and they can lie to me to get them through the interview. Selecting anyone to be a member of my company, country, or world is a big responsibility. Shame on me when I refuse anyone who is not trained in wisdom to be a part of my company, country, or world. It is a matter of where they would do best in my company, country, or world based on where they stand in their pursuit of wisdom. We will get to the how part of where they fit in my company, country, or world in a minute.

Now, take a moment and consider what I just said. I just said I control this and that based on my choices. You just heard my worldview, my ethics, and my morality based on my pursuit of wisdom to know the Truth.

NEWSFLASH: Every person who ever lived is doing the exact same thing at all times.

There is no culture, race, ethnicity, or country that has not done the exact same thing at all times.

Which means...you are also doing the exact same thing at all times.

I am sad to think of how poorly we treat one another when we exclude people from social groups, even a simple conversation in the hallway or at the street corner. If the pursuit of wisdom is the plan at hand, then there is no value in excluding anyone absolutely. It is all about where each person can fit into the life of another. Then, it is a matter of how each person can fit into the life of another.

Otherwise, we are living alone on a crowded planet called Earth. That is not a strategy that has proven to be helpful to living life more richly. Sure, there are times to be alone, but not always alone. How do I know this statement is the Truth? The folks who have reached a point of being sick and tired of being sick and tired of not being able to live their life in a way that they define as more richly can tell you living alone is not an absolute in life. We all come to a point of needing more wisdom than we have available to us. So, we seek more wisdom. Part of the seeking is asking people to share what they know about wisdom.

Now, wrapping up this episode. I leave you with some practical applications so you can use what you have learned today in your life before the Sun goes down!

Say, you are not the boss of the world. Say, you are the boss of your country. Say you need someone to do some work for you. Someone comes to you, wanting to be a part of your country so they can learn wisdom by doing work for you. The pursuit of wisdom is the pursuit of the Truth. The pursuit of wisdom always results in increased wealth. Why would you not find a place for this person in your country to help your country gain both a wiser person and increased wealth?

Say, you are not the boss of your country. Say, you are the boss of your company. Say you need someone to do some work for you. Someone comes to you, wanting to be a part of your company so they can learn wisdom by doing work for you. The pursuit of wisdom is the pursuit of the Truth. Say, you are not the boss of your company. Someone comes to you, wanting to be a part of a company so they can learn wisdom by doing work for that company. The pursuit of wisdom is the pursuit of the Truth. The pursuit of wisdom always results in increased wealth. Why would you not help them find a place in a company to help them become a wiser person and increase their wealth?

How about if you needed to gain more wisdom? How about you wanting to be a part of a company so you can learn wisdom by doing work for that company?

You never know when you will need help.

Well, that's it for today.

RICHLY IS GOODLY!

I hope you are excited about how you can apply the material I present to you on the show to your life, so you can live your life more richly than you have ever known!
