Personality Alignment Instrument (PAI)

Scope

The Personality Alignment Instrument (PAI) is a human capital management (HCM) instrument to both measure and align prioritized responsibilities based on the completed job analysis in comparison to employee responses using three distinct questions for each prioritized job responsibility. The instrument operates using both self-reporting and observer-reporting of life events by way of forced-choice statements to feed factor analysis. The instrument is based on the work of Carl Jung. Additional intellectual property from Stephen Dawson was added to Jung's work. The instrument is a proprietary asset.

Intended Outcomes

The overarching benefit of the PAI is economic growth for the buyer. The intended outcomes of the PAI are decreased effort to gain increased productivity, reinvigorated employee engagement, increased employee satisfaction, and accelerated economic growth. E-G is the ultimate inflation response action.

Purchase

Both the PAI and PAI implementation services are available through the PAI Change Agent. The purchase of each option occurs through my strategic partner, David Daniels. Contact Dave Daniels Consulting for a presentation of the PAI.
